To prevent reserved service resources from being held without commitment, platform service fees must be prepaid. Airport transfers, vehicles, interpretation, hotel booking, hospital appointments and other coordination start only after payment is confirmed.
Hospital charges are determined after the doctor’s assessment and hospital confirmation. The customer pays the hospital directly; if requested, an arranged caregiver may accompany or assist the customer at the hospital cashier. Customers may choose either a public or private hospital.

The current Alipay method collects CNY by QR code. When a foreign card is linked, Alipay still shows the CNY payment amount and the card issuer converts it into the cardholder’s billing currency.

ALIPAY PAYMENT
How to register for Alipay and pay
When enabled for a confirmed quotation, TravelGoChina uses a CNY Alipay QR code for platform service fees. Collection details are not public; they appear only after the team confirms a written quotation and asks the customer to sign in.
Alipay
- 1Download the official Alipay app from your device’s app store.
- 2Register with an overseas or Chinese mobile number and complete passport verification when prompted.
- 3Open Me → Bank Cards and link a supported overseas card such as Visa or Mastercard, subject to the app and issuing bank.
- 4After receiving the written quotation, sign in to the customer page and verify the payee and Alipay account before scanning.
- 5Enter the locked CNY amount from the written quotation, then send the Alipay transaction number to the team for reconciliation.
Why does Alipay show CNY?
The current method is a mainland-China Alipay CNY collection. A foreign card can fund the payment, but Alipay still shows and charges the CNY amount. The issuing bank converts it into the cardholder’s billing currency under its own exchange-rate, fee and risk rules. The site will not ask customers to enter USD into a domestic collection QR code.
The CNY amount on the home page is a reference conversion, not the final amount to pay. Pay only the locked quotation. If Alipay rejects a mainland collection QR code while you are outside China, stop retrying and ask the team for a compliant international payment channel.
